Mazinger Z (Z マジンガー , zette Majinga

)

The manga was published in the magazine Weekly Shonen Jump from 1972 # 42 and # 35 of 1973, before being published in separate volumes. Japan was a success. In Latin America and Europe series enjoyed great popularity, (although not all episodes were broadcast, so that were issued did not bear the order of the complete series) . The United States came in 1985 with the name of Tranzor Z
.
Originally
mazinger (or Majinga ) as a Japanese word meaning "god / demon", which boasts the claim that a machine created can be used for good or evil in human hands and exposed in a way that all technical progress is neither good nor bad, but simply depends on who is driving.
The Doctor Infierno (Hell Doctor in Spain or Latin America) and Dr. Kabuto, amid an archaeological expedition, found on the island of Rhodes remains of a great civilization, capable of building giant robots using old technologies scourge buried after an earthquake in the Aegean Sea. Dr. Hell believes that such robots will rule the world, and driven by his lust for power tries to convince Dr. Kabuto to join him and together they dominate the world. Dr. Kabuto disagree and becomes the mortal enemy of his ex-colleague. Then Dr. Hell kill all members of the expedition using the same machines-robot throwing fire of their mouths, machines found in the island, burning alive all those present by secretly control the machines implanted in robot during its reconstruction in the issue, machines that fought centuries ago to the former civilization Mykene (or Mycenae) of the invaders of that civilization, but fortunately Dr. Kabuto near death, manages to escape and located at the foot of Mount Fujiyama a new material, Japonium, which supposed to be a new high-strength metallic element that can withstand temperatures up to 6000 ° C melting point, creating Z alloy with him, with which it builds the robot Mazinger Z, which used to stop the plans of Dr. Hell . Ashler Baron (Baron Ashura in Japan), an ally of Dr. Hell, kill Dr. Kabuto, but before he died gets to tell his grandson Koji Kabuto's evil plans Hell, and he makes known to Mazinger Z. is at this point Juzo Kabuto gave him the responsibility of running the robot, but the young man had never handled Koji-like machine, to which the last words of Dr. Kabuto will show that: "With Mazinger you can become a god or a demon ... " , whereupon Koji meditate a bit on the use that would give the new machine and was tempted to use it for profit, an idea that would leave immediately for the pain they felt at that time to hear Dr. Kabuto who had been shot by Dr. Hell, in the words of the dying Dr. Kabuto. Although Dr. Hell was an outstanding scientist, the knowledge they had not matched that of its Japanese counterpart. In fact, half of the series was aided by a senior robotics engineer of the same nationality that he, Dr. Hein Henrik German, to which revived as a cyborg. So remarkable was this German engineer who, with his loneliness, Dr. Hein Henrik created a cyborg girl with human feelings which would raise as her own daughter, it would have a cruel fate in the series. New robots and new weapons out of the hidden and secret factories of Dr. Hell, which is a challenge of continuous update technology for Dr. Yumi, assistant to Dr. Kabuto, who attends and supervises the engineering of helping him several times Mazinger Z Engineers at U.S. Robotics. Dr. Yumi also built a robot named Aphrodite A, which was piloted by his daughter, Sayaka Yumi. Although not intended primarily as a combat weapon was later adapted technically as a weapon of defense. Along with the sequence of the series, comes a love ambiguous between Koji Kabuto and Sayaka. Continuously torn by the misdeeds of Dr. Hell and the wrath of Vengeance Koji Kabuto feel inside as well as the personalities of both (Koji is proud and macho, and Sayaka is jealous and strong character), it seems that love never materializes. Among other features and innovations in the proposal with Go Nagai Mazinger Z, the time stress that female characters were almost zero in prominence in most anime and cartoons at that time. Here in particular, about the year of its release, the woman in the world was just beginning to have a role as non-submissive women machismo. Although it was sexist Koji, Sayaka Yumi sobrasalía as a symbol of "women's liberation" of the time, giving in 1972 in this series almost por primera vez un papel protagonista a la mujer como género y demostrando que la mujer como tal tiene capacidades iguales a las del género masculino. Tal cuál como una guerra real en la que la evolución de los artefactos robóticos va marcando el guión a lo largo de la serie, Mazinger Z reflects the sequence of technical development of weapons of war both sides with ever more innovative, as the glider Pilder, originally called Hover Pilder when it was destroyed and changed to a more modern one based on U.S. military aircraft that make function of helicopter and aircraft at a time. The new Hover Pilder turbines and more weapons, which they called Jet Pilder made its appearance when Dr. Hell was based on robot technology of Mikenes. These machines are coupled to the head of Mazinger Z as the main control of the robot. The "Jet Scrander" was an artifact that permie winged fly, or even the ability to plunge into the water as at first I could not. In addition it shows other robots like Sayaka, "Aphrodite-A, which helps Mazinger Z when it is in trouble, or as the robot Boss, a rickety robot lab scientists built for him and his companions in response comic and emotional heroism lacking in their lives compared with that of his companion Koji. Captain Harlock (1978)

Space Pirate Captain Harlock
(
宇宙 海賊 キャプテ ンハーロック ,

Uchu Kaizoku Kyaputain Harurokku

) , also known as Captain Herlock
, is a manga and anime created by Leiji Matsumoto.
The series is based on a futuristic world where mankind has left the desire for conquest that made him spread throughout the universe. Dedicated to leisure and training sessions varied, men are not able to bear the burden of their lives, free of obligations. However, many people who saw their lives wasted in a lifeless Earth hopes and dreams again embarked in ships, to sail the universe in them. And the government ground criticizing the conduct, accused of being pirates and criminals. Thus was born the figure of the space pirates, who, late in the third millennium, flew into the space.
all starts when a large black sphere collides with the Earth. Professor
Daiba with his son Tadashi find that this object has been sent by Amazon
, an alien species who plans to invade Earth. However, nobody from the government believes these facts and take the field as something casual and insignificant. Even when the teacher Daiba is killed, nobody does anything. This infuriates Tadashi, who sees the only solution, embarking on Arcadia and together fight the Amazon so we can avenge his father. But gradually, Tadashi discovers that the crew and the same Harlock have their own reasons to fight, like Rafflesia , Queen of the Amazons . Thus, the War of the Earth not only serves to protect the planet or conquer it, but to discover who is behind all these events. Notably Leiji Matsumoto just wrote 1000 pages of this comic, leaving the ending open and unfinished story. However, I help managers adapt to the small screen so that in the first round, if I had a closed end. So many other animations created on the basis of character, explanations were taken from Matsumoto's own gift, giving more life to Captain Harlock.
